2010 DUCK PLEDGE SWEEPSTAKES OFFICIAL RULES: No purchase is necessary, one entry per person. TERM: This contest starts February 8, 2010 and ends May 31, 2010. All entries will be forwarded to the 2010 DUCK PLEDGE SWEEPSTAKES Prize Drawing. ODDS OF WINNING: The number of entries received will determine odds of winning. HOW TO PARTICIPATE: To enter, submit your name and address on the online pledge form and submit it online at www.ducktexas.org. Winners will be selected by a random drawing on June 1, 2010. ELIGIBILITY: Participants must be 18 years of age or younger. Entries must be made online by May 31, 2010 to be eligible. All prizes will be awarded to the parent(s) or legal guardian of the winner directly from the prize donor. Families and employees of contractors of Tuerff-Davis EnviroMedia, and participating organizations are not eligible. Only Texas residents are eligible to participate. CONDITIONS: Tuerff-Davis EnviroMedia and participating organizers are not in any way liable for damage, loss or injury from entering the contest or acceptance and use of the prizes. The parent(s) or legal guardian of the winners must sign a liability waiver. By submitting an entry, participants accept and agree to these rules. The decisions of Tuerff-Davis EnviroMedia are final. There is no warranty on the prizes awarded and winners assume complete liability for injuries caused, claim to be caused, by participation in this contest, or the use or misuse of any prizes. Tuerff-Davis EnviroMedia reserves the right in its sole discretion to suspend this contest should causes beyond their control corrupt the administration, security or proper play of the contest. The parents or legal guardians of winners may be required to execute an affidavit of eligibility, which must be completed and returned within 21 days of notification, or an alternate winner will be selected. By accepting a prize, winner grants Tuerff-Davis EnviroMedia permission for the use of his/her name and likeness for advertising and future promotion purposes without additional compensation except where prohibited. Prizes not claimed may not be awarded. The contest is subject to these complete and official rules.
